Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes. Stony soils from an old Martinborough river terrace set the scene. A very gentle north facing slope catches the sunshine. Winds create complexity you can taste in the wine. Add in meticulous hands-on care of the vines and the olive grove. The result is intense flavours that sing of the place that the wine and olive oil is grown.

We are patient about releasing our wine – it has to be ready. The Pinot Gris will typically take 18 months, the Pinot Noir we may wait up to three years.
We want to give you wine that can be savoured when it is released and will cellar for many years.
